Coaching sessions generally last 60 minutes and occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for a prescribed length of time. However, no weekly commitment is required; you may come as frequently as you find helpful. There is no set program for coaching and mentoring sessions. Each session is based on your specific questions and goals.
